Who we are. This website is run by Sea Star AI Technology (Zakria Askani). We are responsible for the personal data you send us through this website.
What we collect. When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you're interested in, your budget and your message.
Why we use it. Only to reply to your request and, if you want, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
Who processes it. The website and contact form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form messages on our behalf. The chat assistant uses Anthropic and bookings use Cal.com, as described below. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it. We keep messages for up to 12 months, unless we start working together, in which case we keep them as long as needed for the project and legal obligations.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, or withdraw your consent. Send us a request through the contact form or reply to any email from us. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Italy: the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Chat assistant. When you use the chat on this website, the messages you type are sent to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude AI model) to generate replies. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat. Chat history is kept only in your browser for the current session.
Booking a call. Consultation bookings are handled by Cal.com. When you book, in the chat or in the booking calendar, the details you enter (your name, email, chosen time and optional topic) are passed to Cal.com, which schedules the call and sends confirmation emails to you and to us. These details are not sent to the AI assistant.
Abuse protection. To prevent spam and misuse, we count how many chat replies and bookings each visitor uses per day. For this we store only a one-way scrambled (hashed) code made from your IP address and the date, together with a number. We never store the IP address itself.
Cookies. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
